You also have the option for us to add the new releases to a special playlist that we create in your Spotify account. Let us track the festival lineups for you. We give you a chart in the app of the upcoming festivals across the world, ordered by the number of your favourite artists playing. As soon as you have a new top festival we'll notify you. A couple of decades ago, all you needed to do was subscribe to a music magazine and listen to the radio every day, but these days it's not so simple. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to keep up-to-date with new songs and new albums from your favorite artists. With that in mind here are the new music websites worth bookmarking.

This section looks at your library and shows you new albums from the artists you have in your collection. This entire section could be designed so much better and be so informative. This missing feature is the single most frustrating part of Apple Music for me. The primary and most important tool in this music discovery system is MusicHarbor. First, a segmented control at the bottom of the screen allows you to switch between released music and upcoming releases. Each item is labeled with its release type album, single, EP, or remix and can be expanded to reveal a preview screen with buttons to listen on Apple Music the Music app will open or add the item to one of your playlists, which you can pick from MusicHarbor without leaving the app. MusicHarbor can open new releases directly in the Music app without going through Safari first.

Is there an iOS app in which I can select my favorite artists and when they release a new single or an album I would get a notification? Its a playlist, not a notification. It will give you song released by artists you follow every week. I havent figured out what day of the week it updates yet. Thursday midnight Also it's not just artists you follow, it's artists based on your music preference of what you have listened to the past 2 weeks AND artist that you follow aswell. Release radar is being updated every friday. It also shows new releases of artists that you do not necessarily follow but might like similar ones.
