Little did I know that at least some of these "emergencies" were actually rendezvous with his affair partner. If you can only think of alcohol and coffee for a good time, you're very disappointed. I suggest you develop a busy calender so you'll be occupied because you'll get dizzy thinking in circles. But please also know that the people who love you are hoping you make the right decision because they want you to be happy.
Marry a person based on his character, not his religion. By the time you are done, you'll have all of the basics down and will have the framework to know what to ask next without any confusion. I knew a couple in my last ward who got married in their mid 20's. And don't fall for all their talk of being open and welcoming. It does kick your butt!. And some will do that.
